subdomain issue

Hi

I have domain and I created a sub domain under that to have better PPC result.Now I got notice from a company which says the subdomain name is something they have under their trademark. So they need my domain.

What should I do?. Do I need to get a lawyer to fight on my behalf or Should I just remove the subdomain so I can hope that they will be happy. I am not going to give my main domain to them for sure.Any ideas?...
