"Fraudulently registered domain" statement appearing in domain WhoIs records

What does this info in the WhoIs actually mean?

I have seen many names with "Fraudulently registered domains" added to their whois records. What does that exactly mean?

Most likely what it says. Only the registrar knows the actual reasons why.

But, do they stay registered or will be they be deleted soon?

They generally release domain names fraudulently registered. Up to them
when.

now that I am thinking: it could the false name or telephone. Some registrars might actually take that seriously. If it was a false credit card they would not proccess it or cancel the name as they found out.
