I lost a domain name that used to be a mirror site to our main domain. The lost domain is a singular version of the main domain which is plural.

In both cases, these 2 word domains are our legal registered company name, one of them having an "s" on the end.

I checked WhoIs a while ago and emailed the party twice who registered the domain and received no response.

They are not using it as a commercial site but for adword traffic.

The domain is a reasonably legit variation of a search term for a type of product that is the same as our company name. We also make this type of product.

What can I do to get the domain back?

If all means of communication, much more negotiation, have been exhausted and didn't
produced the desired results, then it might be time to seek legal advice.

Forum charter prevents members from giving further specs on this.

I would imagine there are lawyers that specialize or focus their work in this area.

Any suggestions where to find them?

Search "WIPO" and "National Arbitration Forum" + "domain name" and you will be off to a good start on finding lawyers that handle domain related legal issues.
