hey everyone,

I'm very new to all of this, but i read an article about how there are lots of .tv domains still avaliable and that a lot of major organizations would pay fairly well to own them.

Recently, I purchased a local abc affilliate's .tv page.

Does anyone know how I would go about selling this? Any idea on how much I should ask for? If anyone has advice, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks for your help and I apologise if these are silly questions.

You are a bit late to the game for this type of deal.

You have bought the domain in bad faith, and if it is trademarked the trademark owner can sometimes force the sale of the domain to them as cost value.

If you bought the domain and it was related to something you want to start a site about, and not about the trademark owner, you may stand a chance of keeping it, but not just for re-sale.

You are all set when your local ABC station starts up their axillary transmitter on Tuvalu.

In all of the promotional messages I've heard from TV stations across the country (US) ... "and if you would like to find out more about xyz, just go to our website at W/K***.com, and click on 'blah, blah, blah' ", I've never heard of any domain other than a dot com.
