What i've noticed recently is that a lot of the great .coms are just parked and people choose .net or other options to use for their websites.

All the speculation going on, so many parked domains, so many great uses and yet it seems no one is buying them.

So, all you great portfolio owners, how do you flip a domain and get businesses interested. Where do you market your domains (sedo dosent count).

<What steps do you take for finding> businesses to buy them.

Any strategies?

Thanks

You can always buy the .net too, so they have to buy one of them from you ;)

One would be when someone tries to buy it they at least get an answer from them if the domain is for sale or not.

I can't tell you the times I have tried to contact a domain holder and the information is incorrect or I never get a response.

Having current information up would be a big help but of course most of the parked guys could care less as they think it is money in the bank the longer they hold them.

I am told the best wway to sell a domain is put up an index page with a phone number email with the words

THIS DOMAIN IS FOR SALE

I would respond if I was looking for a good domain
