Registering Finnish (.fi) and Norwegian (.no) domain names

Is it possible?

Dear all,

I was trying to find out whether it is possible to register Finnish and Norwegian domains, but the registrars have some harsh restrictions. Still, I see some foreign companies have managed to get their local domains, whereas I am pretty sure they dont have an actual local branch office in those countries (a requirement for .no for example).

Has anyone over here at WW managed to purchase domains with the .fi and or .no extension?

Any help is appreciated, I don't want to use [fi.example.com...] or something - I want the real deal!

Ostensibly in both these countries one should be there however there are several registration companies who offer for a fee a local presence through their agents.
