First of all Hello to everyone,

I just got a domain name for a specific country with a country tdl. I would like to make this a classifieds web site. However, since English is not my native language I am confused about the domain name. Domain name is called allinhere.tdl (country extension) however I am not sure if it makes sense for a classifieds web site. To me it does but generally I am really not sure. If you can help me and add your comments I would definitely appreciate that.

Thanks in advance..

Just remember that having a name that makes sense to what you are doing isn't required... many domains have very little to do with their services.

Some examples:
Google
Yahoo
Sherdog
Hi5

If you didn't know about these you would have no idea what they are... with proper marketing and a good product/service you won't need worry about the domain as much.

Although you have a pretty easy name to type in so that is good.

Just make the site good, relevant, and easy to use and if you get enough users soon the domain name won't matter.

Thanks a lot for all comments,

I thought a lot about google, yahoo, etc.. and their success. However, in the beginning I will also do an offline advertising (friends, co-workers, etc.) that is why I was worried that people will find it weird and don't bother checking it. I am now so happy about your comments and i hope i will do good with the content and marketing.

Does your country speak English? Would your main target visitors know what "all in here" means? Can they spell it properly if it is a foreign language and they are looking for it (here/heer/hear/hier)? Would they be more comfortable with something like "alleshier" or "toutici"?
