Perhaps someone can start a marketing plan for popularizing it, like was done with .tv?
There are other problems: Not many native speakers of the "available keyword language" in the TLD's homeland; Not a big enough target market; Poor international recognition of the TLD; Insufficient evidence of internet connectivity in the TLD homeland; search engines only assigning ranking value for such domains for searches executed within the homeland of the tld OR negatively weighting the use of such TLDs for "non-country specific" use; etc.
