A dot com a run ran out on the 4th may, however as I am in the UK I cannot renew with my host until Tuesday. Is there anything i can do?

Don't panic! Domains which expire normally get a Renewal Grace Period. You should be ok to renew on tuesday.

Yes no need to worry you can renew it , but in future set your settings to auto renewal , you dont want to loose you hard earned traffic and brand that easy
