which widget domain?

I have two domains..my site keyword is BlueYellowWidget...the .com for this is already gone but the .net is available for this exact phrase.

Which will be better...a dot net for the exact phrase or a dot come for a shuffle of the phrase?

BlueYellowWidget.COM (ideal but gone)

BlueYellowWidget.NET (have this)

WidgetYellowBlue.COM (and have this)

People tend to type in the .com ending first so I'd use that one unless it sounds awkward.
