I book a domain through a small Domain registrar company because it was too cheap and was accepting a payment method I prefer.
But after I pay them they did not register it.Several emails to owner of Domain registrar company and contact us email yield no results.

Now its 15 days since they take my money and I see someone else booked the domain at a different registrar.
I really don't care for that domain now as its gone but where I can complaint about these people so they don't continue to scam people.

If you paid using a credit card, your credit card issuer is probably the most effective route.

You'll likely get your money back, PLUS this is the most effective way of preventing them from doing it again. Enough complaints, and they will lose their ability to accept credit cards, and thus the ability to scam in the future.

Was it Registerfly.com? I understand they are still accepting payments even though they lost their Icann accreditation some time ago!

If it is a local company, file a complaint with the cybercrime cell.

I am having a problem with registerfly as well. I purchased a new domain name and paid for old domain name and I got my new one, but my old one has expired. I have posted a support ticket twice with them on it, waiting a week to two weeks for a reply and htey still have not acknowledged anything yet. I am going to change my registrar, any suggestions?
