Neither domains have been used for a week or two..
Domain 1 is about a year or so old and has a PR of 3 it used to sell different widgets to what I currently want to sell.
Domain 2 has NO PR it is about 5 months old with no page rank and used to sell the widgets I am about to start selling again. It shows up in google for keywords kinda similar to what is needed to sell my product but doesnt show at all for the specific keywords needed. The old content wasn't optimised well.
Neither of them have back links any more.
I have a website with good keyword density and optimised for the new widget keyword.
Which site would get me to a top 10 position faster once I upload the new content and start backlinking etc
(the current competitor site at number 1 is a page rank 4 with 1500 backlinks)
Also how many links would you suggest and what time frame do you think it will take?
