A puzzlement!?

If I had a domain name say" Miami-Moon.com " but I wanted
to have my landing page titled "Moon over Miami" to tie in
with peoples familiarity of the song. But in searching I find
that some one else had register " Moon over Miami" as a
domain. Even though my url will still be " Miami moon.com"
can I use "Moon over Miami" on the landing page?

Whew! I about mooned myself out! By the way all the names or
fake. I am using them only for an example.

What say ye?

Yes, you can put anything there you want, short of something that is trademarked, or something that is misrepresenting who you are.
So 'moon over miami' being a generic term should be fine.
If someone has trademarked that term, then I would not advise you use it.
