.dj domain not resolving after 5 days

I purchased a .dj domain from www.dj five days ago, set the nameservers properly & etc. It's not accessible from my home ISP, although it is accessible from my work account (and was the next day.) The home ISP is a large cable modem provider.

Do small root domains like .dj take longer to get into the system?

Can you access www.dj from home? It could be that the cable provider's DNS servers aren't resolving any dj's. I've had cases where specific domains wouldn't resolve on specific servers for no apparent reason.
