Network Solutions, announced today that General Atlantic, a private equity firm, has completed its transaction to acquire Network Solutions from Najafi Companies (formerly Pivotal Private Equity). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

We probably won't notice much difference. They'll probably throw some money at them to improve services but it doesn't look like they're going to interfere with management too much. Although it's probably too early to tell.
