Domain Name Dispute

I need to file a complaint with the WIPO against a party using our trademark in one of their domain names.

Could someone please explain how one can find out the owner of a domain name when the information is not available through a WHOIS search?
Do we have to get an attorney to subpoena the registrar or it's not necessary?

The registrar will give the actual registration details (e.g. name, contact info, etc.) upon receipt of the UDRP notice.
