I had query . how does search engine decides to which country the domain belongs to and show the results only from this country option a we see in google etc.?

Does this depend upon where your domain registrar is
Does this depend upon where you have hosted your website?
Does this just depend upon the domain tld?

It varies, a ccTLD of the country or a server hosted within the country - Usually either is sufficient.
