If a financial one word .com domain name worth $1M , what is the value of the same name with .com.cctld? Any idea or estimate is appreciated.

I'm trying to sell some cctld domains a third of the price of the other domains with cctld that have been sold recently from different auctions site. But no one seems interested, and was left with charges after charges with no sales. These domains that I'm selling are worth hundreds of thousands if these were .com (unfortunately not). Is there anyone here selling cctld's domains? Any tips?

The ccTLD has to go with the keyword.
I have lots of dot jps & for example
mortgage.jp wouldn't exactly be a super hot item for the market because 80% of the target users wouldn't know what the word meant(In English letters). Or they would just mispell it 90% of the time.

Like .es for Spanish, why get an English word instead of just going for a Spanish term.

English speakers aren't going to know what .es is but Spanish speaking countries use it. Same with .fr for France.

The value of example.com is probably 100 times the value of example.cctld, and example.cctld is probably 10 times the value of example.com.cctld

Selling a .com.cctld will be very difficult. I'm not saying it's imposible, I'm just saying very difficult.
