Hello,

I am facing a problem with my domain renewal. I registered a domain 2 years from a reseller (enom reseller) and now my domain is going to be expire in 2 weeks. i tried to contact my reseller but he is not replying at all. i am now worried that i might lose my domain. i cannot even transfer my domain because its registrar-locked. i have my info (name and email address) in all the whois fields i.e. registrant contact, administrative contact, technical contact etc.

is there a way that i renew/transfer my domain without losing it? i would really appreciate any help.

thnx
antonio

Did the reseller give you access to the domain's control panel? If not, then it looks like you need to ask them to unlock the domain and for them to send you the EPP Authorization Code. Else, it might be best for you to call eNom and ask them what you need to do to transfer the domain to your (new) eNom account. Registration is $30/yr but this is better than losing the domain.
