Heve to sign a listing agreement

I submitted a domain name to Great Domains to be listed for sale. After coming to an agreement over listing price and reserve price they said they would send me a listing agreement. I recieved a 5 page listing agreement to sign and fax back to them.

I have listed and sold domains with SEDO in the past without a hitch. I read the GD agreement and it seems prety straight forward, however, I am not a lawyer and something about fine print makes me nervous. I am a little leary about signing the listing agreement. Has anyone ever dealt with GD and how did it go?

I've listed with them before, didn't find anything objectionable in the lengthy document they sent me to sign.

Never sold anything through them, so I'm no help there ...
