Hi All,

we 've got a couple of generic .biz domains we are interested in developing , can't obtain the .com, which are,, held but under/unutilised

It appears a .com hosted on a US IP will be treated as a US targeted site,

Whats the general experience with .biz , anything thing to watch out for

Maybe I should start another thread for this but you mean that the country of the server IP is important for Google?
A server with US IP address is considered by Google an US site for us clients?

To put it more clearly

a .com site,
hosted on a server with a US geolocated IP,
appears to be considered a US targetted sited

a .biz site ,,,,?

another question is, could a .biz site bypass all forms of country specificity

I think the .biz would be treated exactly the same way as the .com
