ISF Declined

Can't renew my domain names

When I try to renew my domain names I get this message:

Credit card transaction failed with a message: Charge failed with the following reason: ISF Declined

The card works fine in other registers and I have tried several cards including someone elses!

I am in Mexico.

"Declined" usually means a rejected transaction by the credit card company. Ask your card issuer why they are blocking the payment. :)

The registrar may have AVS (address verification service) that is causing the transaction to fail. I know in our company we sometimes have to manually run international orders because of the address.

Maybe you can call the registrar directly and pay by phone?
