You can say that this method is better to reach potential customers.
But in the case of .eu names this can lead to an adr dispute where the complaining party can use this method against you, claiming bad faith when registering this name.
Dito is the parking of an .eu domain also a sign of bad faith.
And i guess (i am not sure) that putting your domain on sale trough a whois method doesn't garantee your safe from an adr disputes either.
Placing your domain for sale at the diverse fora on the web can help but can also lead to inquisitive "buddy" domainers who will see an opening of taking your domain by force instead of paying for it (due to bad faith).
One can build a mini site, but where can one place a sign "this domain is for sale", without showing bad faith.
Thus what course should one follow to succesfully sell his domain to potential buyers, without the risk of loosing the domain?
And furthermore can somebody explain to me why some people just sell there .eu domain at sedo and others, seemingly not bothered by the bad faith clause in eurid's policies?
