i sing in in a diferrent user C.P. with my I.D.

when i try to vist my domain C.P. instead of mine i sing in other user C.P. BUT with my password. that mean - i think - that the company has mess up everything.

my question is: can i reclaim money for that company for the trouble that had put me and my customers?

My guess would be "no".

First, how would you prove that they messed up? It's possible that someone either guessed your passed or that it was "sniffed out".

If that's not possible you would still have to prove the registrar created the problem. How would you do that?

My guess is the best thing is to report the problem and see if they have an explanation AND a solution.

You would likely be subject to a registration agreement that limits their liability. It may be a good time to re-read the agreement.

well, after a litle search in the whois i found that the domain i belong to the company and i guess that had confuse or erase my account.
what i gonna do -in not the first time that i had problem with that company- is to mesh up the account like they did to me, and then to call them to coplain where is my account. the next day they do that i will move to other company my account.
