So if I register with godaddy, is it ok to post it for sale with both godaddy and afternic? When I get an acceptabel offer on one site I will just delete the post on the other site.

But will Afternic transfer a name registered with Godady.

You need to read the TOS for the 2 programs.

I don't recall Afternic's TOS being "exclusive".

I've never done business with GoDaddy.

Exclusive listing deals are not that desirable from a seller's point of view. I would tend to avoid them unless I was working with a very proactive broker.

rtb1980,

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

If you offering a domain for sale in multiple venues, it is recommended that you do not post them with fixed / buy it now prices. Doing so may be problematic, if two different buyers initiate transactions at different venues. If you are offering a domain in multiple venues, you should choose the negotiate / make an offer option. That will prevent that potential conflict.

Afternic listings do not have to be exclusive. Most of the domains there are listed on multiple sites.

Great thanks alot guys. I will just have to e-mail support @ godaddy and ask them if they are exclusive or not. I will change the sell to make and offer too.

Thanks,
