Weird DotRegistrar Status?

Hi,

I am trying to acquire some domain name, and when you look at the whois records, you see the text below and I am confused by it. What exactly does this mean? Isn't status supposed to be PENDING_DELETE if it is to be deleted? And, if it is going to be deleted, how long do you think it will take to get deleted?
