Snapnames no longer offering domain back order services?

Hi All,

I've assumed that snapnames is big enough to mention in this post, if not, appologies.

Thing is I had some back orders placed an then they appear to have disappeared cos I cannot find the relevant screen,

Infact, their site seems to indicate that they only deal with name they've already got?

Can any one shed some light on this ?

They've altered the navigation structure. Keep clicking. I had the same concern and, after some persistent clicking, I found the right link. I just forget where the link is at the moment. ;)
