Hello Everyone.

I'm posting here for the 1st time as I haven't been able to find the answers I need in the usual domainer forums. My question is this:

Can someone with experience PLEASE post step-by-step instructions on how to sell & transfer Spanish (.es) & Belgian (.be) domains if you're a U.S. resident?

Not only do I thank you in advance, but I know that there will probably be a lot of others facing expiration that will be searching here as well. You'll be a hero!

Hello TcDa and welcome to WebmasterWorld.

The sales part is the hard part. Good domains tend to sell themselves. In other words, people interested will find there way to you.

You can list your domains for sale at many places. I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding them by using Google: Domain aftermarket, resell domains, domain auction, domain name forum, etc.

I might suggest you read some threads from the Domain Forum Library, including How to Market Your Domains [webmasterworld.com].

So far as "how to transfer them" that is really a question best answered by your registrar. There is typically a FAQ section to any domain registrar website. If anyone has specific guidance to offer I'm certain they will chime in.

Thanks you. Good advice, for sure. I should clarify... I do know how to sell "domestic" domains, and have done so on a few occasions. It's the ccTLDs that get confusing. I've been told that there are paper-copy, signatures-required, steps that aren't required here with .com, .net & .info. I've also been told that there are additional transfer fees that can bite you in the tail if you don't know about them in advance. I've checked FAQs at EuroDNS and found nothing, and I've also tried to dig into the Spanish regulations but so far it's all in Spanish. I guess I'm looking for the guy (or gal) who's done this a few times who can literally and figuratively put it into English for me.
