I have noticed lots of domain registrars are offering .info / .org domain names at very cheap prices though these prices might be for buyers of specific countries. But is this rate gonna be fixed or gonna rise next year?

Most of the domainers/businesses/individuals wish to register .COMs and have little inclination towards other TLDs. The Registrars promote such schemes for their benefits so that domainers/businesses/individuals buy .INFOs/.ORGs for nominal price for the first year.
Upto my knowledge, the price is not gonna rise next year.
