Can you recommend me some expired domain name software that checks Alexa rank of the sites as well.

Please take a moment to read the Domain Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com] which will shed some light on the edit.
In the ordinary course of events we don't do "recommend" posts as they tend to invite promotional spamming, but we'll make an exception for you.
Why?
Mostly because at this stage of the domain name game such tools are pretty much worthless. You not only need the tools to identify a domain that may have inbound links but you need "big tools" to capture the domain on the drop.
Worse than that, most domains no longer simply drop. Most domains now fall into auction systems run by the various registrars or their delegated auction service provider.
There are people/companies who have perfected the art of tracking, identifying and right-pricing expired domains with traffic. If you don't have the right metrics for measuring link degradation, etc. you will get burned. There are a number of ways to get burned.
Not to be unkind but my advice, based upon the fact that you are asking the question "What should I buy?" and the fact that you mentioned a product that you were thinking of buying (I removed it) my suggestion is a big "Don't bother". You will get eaten alive by the pros. No kidding.
It's your money, and anyone is free to suggest software, but I would suggest you spend you time, effort and money working on skills to identify emerging markets within which to go after domain names rather than trying to run with the big cats.
And, no, I am not one of the big cats. I'm more like a gnat that sometimes annoys them in a small and momentary way. ;0)
