Does Network Solutions Restrict Domain Resellers

I would like to have th ability to sell domains and IP's.

Do I do this?

You need to become an ICANN accredited registrar, or alternatively some existing ICANN registrars have reseller schemes ie Wildwestdomains.com (Godaddy) or Enom of Tucows.

It's very tough to make more than pocket change as a reseller (i.e. WildWestDomains) unless you spend lots of money on marketing and a lot of time, plus well targeted high traffic is needed (likely the most difficult aspect).
