Hi,

I already have a domain xyz.com registered with well promoted ecommerce website running. This domain is coming on 1st page of all search engines for lots of keywords related to our industry.

Now I have registered another domain xyz.co.uk . I will be hosting another copy of my website on this domain. Differnt server though.

Now I would like to know few things:

1) Site Duplicate content - What will happen in case of duplicacy on content part? I dont want our xyz.com to be banned for duplicate content on search engines.

2) What should be the best strategy followed for the promotion for this xyz.co.uk domain? Listing in UK Specific search engines and directories or something else.

Any promotion tip for co.uk domains should be helpful.

If you are going to optimize the pages why not optimize them for the different traffic you expect - instead of simply running the same content?

Don't you expect more UK traffic from the UK?

Don't you expect more international traffic from the .Com?
