I keep seeing messages (on the ICANN forum) saying that the costs of providing registry services is going down.

Does anyone have any URLs with content that can verify the decrease in costs?

Yes, I'd like to see these urls as well. Seems to me if the costs are going down, why are they wanting to be able to drive prices UP?
