About 3-4 years ago my buddy had an account with a company that let you register as many domains as you want in your name for a montly fee. Flash forward to today: I can't find a single company that does that any more. Did some rule come into place or am I nuts?

Maybe I am wrong but what is the point. If you are serious about your Site you buy it

Sounds like a clearinghouse for SPAM!

the Point is this, I would like to find a company that is still doing it if anyone knows of one? Why pay 5-7 bucks for each name when you can spend 50 a month for as many TLD's as you want?

PS they had rules as to what type of sites you could point your domains to. (SPAM PORN ETC.)

I could let you reg up to 5 domains a month for $50 subscription. Does that tell you something? Yep. It costs to reg a domain. Any business model which has a fixed income but unlimited (and bottomless) expenses is doomed to fail. Imagine if I had an account like that. I'd register 32 million names a month.

That must explain why it is not around anymore.
