As a registered trademark we attempted to register a domain name for the extension .eu, however another company has managed to register it and is now trying to sell it to us for £30,000.

We contacted ADR.eu and have the forms for complaint, however the procedure is very complex... does anyone know any resources or have any experience of this process? do you think we should just hire a legal team, as our company lawyers have said we should recruit a specialist.

just looking for a bit of guidance really.

regards

I may be jumping the gun here however you may be a bit late if they already have it...surely the ADR is for unresolved disputes not for those who have already successfully registered the name?

Should this not have been done last April within 6 weeks or something?
