dot info and search engines

I have one site with .info TLD. Google spidered the site but do not show in SERPS and so does MSN. Only thing it shows up the domain name. www.sitename.tld and no title and no description of site, no cache as well.

However, dot com and dot net sites for same name is in top 10 results even though both sites are under construction.

Doest that mean google penalise dot info?

Not necessarily - I have some .info's which do very well.

I've seen some high ranking info sites. What you're seeing is likely a reflection of other factors, possibly including more IBLs to the older domain coming from scrapers, etc.
