ICANN Transfer Policy 11/12/2004

There were quite a few nervous people here in early November right before the new ICANN transfer policy went into effect. Now, the 60-day registar lock has expired. Also, 79 days have elapsed since the new rules went into effect, which allows time for the processing of a transfer. Is there anyone who had or knows of someone who had their domain(s) hijacked?

Panix.com. A major ISP in New York, had their domain hijacked to an Australian registrar (Melbourne IT I believe) right before a weekend. Story is here:
