Finding domain names

need semi automatic way :)

Does anyone know of a way to do an automatic search for available domain names?
You can query one by one obviously but is there anywhere where you can just say "show me any domains that are available, are four characters long and begin with W and end in .com".

The closest i've got is finding a list of recently expired domains but its not that great either..

If you do the advanced search on Directnic.com it give you a ton of similar names to what you searched for.
