Buy a domain which inlisted in Y! directory

does it worth the money, and what to do next

I found a domain name, www.keyword-keyword-keyword.com the owner is no longer using the domain name.

This domain is inlisted in the Y! directory (related with my industry), it was also inlisted in ODP directory last month, but it was droped out last week because the domain directs to a "website unavailabe at present page".

I contacted the owner, and finally settled down the price at about $120USD.

I have two questions, does it worth it?
and if i want to buy her domain name, what kind of contract should I sign with her?

for my industry I would do it for $120, it all depends on how valuable your traffic is.

you'll have to pay $299 in a year though, or maybe in a month depending when it expires.
