any registrant provides .co.kr and .jp registration?

It seems to need local presence to register .co.kr and .jp domains. If I do not have local presence in Korea and Japan, is there any registrant who can provide local presence to register the .co.kr and .jp domain?

I'm not as familiar with Korean domains, but Japanese .co.jp names do require a locally registered company to apply. You can order a top level .jp name through several registrars, but they are in-effect using their own local address to register on your behalf. Although residency in Japan is not a requirement there are parts of the registration that require an address in Japan.
