Is there a cheap domain name less than $10 USD/year that accept Money Transfer (bank to bank) payment? If anyone knows, kindly tell me. I really need it.
I don't use any credit card and paypal. Cash/check is just too dangerous for me because I'm living here in the Philippines. ISP's here in the Philippines also provide domain names but they cost you $50/year. It's too expensive.

Try using the phrase "bank wire" or "wire transfer" in your search, along with "domain registrar" etc - there are a few options out there. However, there is usually a service fee along with the payment, so I'd definitely not buy one domain at a time, or you'll lose any advantage.
