Is there a way to change the details shown on my "Whois" results page?

It seems that all of the info used to register the domain including home phone No`s etc have been used to show the contact details.

These were required fields on the origional form.
So
1)Can i change the details?
2)If so is it easy to do?
3)For future reference is there a way to register a domain without whois using every bit of info available?
Thanks.

Change them with the people you registered the domain name with. It should be easy.. email them from the administrator email and request the change, if there isn't an obvious procedure/form for doing it.

If its a personal/non-commercial site you might also be able to elect to omit your address etc from the database. Certainly you can do this in the uk, for free, leaving only vague hosting detail.
