I have a .ws domain name which will be expired in July and when I try to renew it with my current registrar (which now I know is a reseller of enom), it does not accept my credit card.

I want to transfer the domain to another registrar and I am shocked that there is no such thing as 'domain transfer' for .ws!

What am I going to do now?

You don't say why they won't accept your card... does the registrar give any indication? Have you tried their customer services?

However, if the domain name expires in July, you've got the time to apply for another credit card and receive it in time for the renewal. The banks give them out like toffees these days ;)

"We are unable to process this transaction because we are currently not accepting orders from this IP."

I try the customer support which merely does not exist because they are resellers of enom.

I think I either need some friend to help me to visit the site using some anonymous proxy server.

In this case, keep complaining to Enom until they do something. Enom is legally the registrar here.

Is that because of your ISP connection? If so, I don't know where you live but there are dial-up services all over that are incredibly low priced and you could sign up to give it a try. If I needed a second I'd go with what Netscape has now here in the US.
