I'm pretty new here and I have a few questions that I hope everyone can help me with. I hope you don't mind answering. I'm designing a site, and need help with the topic of:
*Trademarks and keywords/keyword phrases*.
*in the title tag* and *domain* and *body* of the page.
Q. 1. Their are sites on the internet that have keywords in their domains that I wanted to use, and I was wondering if a company has a *Trademark* on their domain, does that also cover the <title></title>
tag words and the use of the those specific *words* in the h1, and the body of the page?
**I don't mean a unique name like blahblah.com. I mean a *keyword* name or phrase, such as blah.com or blah-blah.com.
Q. 2. **For instance, if a site had "facial" in their domain, is it ok to use it in the <title></title> tag, h1 tag, and body of text since it is the keyword(search term) used to find the category listing in engines?
***The term(keyword phrase) is the search phrase for the *category* and pops up several listings on the subject of "facial blah".
Is it ok to use if it's trademarked? It is the keyword or keyword phrase for the
category(search term). Also, I've seen other websites use the keyword phrase in their <title></title> tag.
Q. 3. Does the trademark cover Common/keyword phases like the one listed above?
Q. 4. Or does it not cover the<title></title> element and the body of the text?
