Hi there,

I did search, but as with everything on this topic thats out there, its at least a couple of years old...

Everything i've read suggest "later this year" but i've seen this reported right back as far as 1999...

Does anyone know when this might come to frutition, and are there any reputable registrars offering pre-reg yet?

I contacted my preferred registrar, and they replyed that they planned to add support, but could not give any dates...

Thanks

Dave

You'll find everything about the .eu TLD in this PDF document of the official Web site of the EU:
Commission Regulation No 874/2004 of 28 April 2004 [europa.eu.int]

This document handles "public policy rules concerning the implementation and functions of the .eu Top Level Domain and the principles governing registration".

DO NOT trust any pre-register company (for .eu) f you have to pay now.

There are no registrars for .eu yet.
