On this page [registerfly.com] they list several support options, and this page [registerfly.com] has addresses for their two offices. A little research should yield a phone number. A registered letter is another option.

I'm concerned that RegisterFly is going down the tubes. Today they took my money, but failed to renew the domain name I selected for renewal. They repeatedly ignore service requests. Does anyone have any inside info? They've been real good up until the last couple of months.

I have domains at Registerfly, and have had no problems. As to the original poster, can you log into the control panel at Registerfly? THAT is where you should be able to change the Admin contact.
