Hosting problems with a discount registrar

I am having real problems with Registerfly, registered in march, main page has been up about 2 days of that, the rest of the time I have sever problems, unable to log in etc etc

I have contacted their live help only to be told on numerous occasions "I will check the settings" then they say the dns settings were wrong and it will take 24 to 72 hours to rectify.

I have requested a refund for hosting from them through Paypal but have not yet received payment.

I have other sites hosted with other companies with no problems, guess it does not always pay to go with the cheaper option.

For what it's worth. I recently transferred 1 domain to these guys. I also added what is called "protectfly" to keep my personal info from being public at whois.com. So far, I have submitted tickets, tried emails, chatted live online with no success. In fact, I have 2 tickets submitted since 4-22 that haven't been answered.
All I want from life right now is a fairly inexpensive registrar that I can conceal all of my personal info from the rest of the world. Netsol's idea of this still leaves your NAME visible!
For those thinking of registerfly for any type of registrar service, I strongly advise against them.
