Which of the following: .info .biz .tv domains is the most friendly for google and (new)yahoo?

There is no difference in Google regarding what tld you use. They all are treated the same.

If the site is region-specific then it might be a good idea to use a tld specific for that region, as it may get a little boost if a user searches in that region only.
Otherwise, it won't make any difference.
