Visa Electon cannot be used for customer not present transactions unless you have a number on the back of the card (CVV security code).

No numbers where you sign and you cannot use the card for internet/mail order.

Yes i can, but according to an earlier thread other people have had problems, i dont know if it depends on your bank, and how they issue the cards, or the place where you want to buy something, anyway i have a paypal to my electron, and that works perfect to

I think an electron card is not supposed to work online but read some threads where people used it at web.com

If you have a CVV code it can be used online. If you don't have a CVV code, you can't and payment attempts will be rejected by the bank.

visa electron cards are accepted by paypal.
Sign up with paypal and enter 000 as CVV security code. and then u can send payment through paypal if that is a payment option available. i did it myself with no problems.
one thing more, try entering 000 as CVV code at the registrar itself, maybe that will work, i havnt tried that myself though.
