Type in traffic Stats

I put up a few domains that I bought a few months ago at my host and forgot about them, I just checked the stats and on a couple of them I had aprox. 25K visitors in both november and december and it looks like I am going to do only 5k this month. (honestly did not expect any type in traffic from there names)

Can anyone think of such a drastic change of the traffic level or is this a normal seasonal occurrance? Being that many kids and college students were off more in those months.

Bear in mind that these domains did not even have a page up and no SE listing to my knowledge and I checked the Archive.org and they were not listed with any previous sites and the refering logs do not show hardly any refering traffic!

Any Ideas?

Thanks,

Nico

I'd also check user agents and the visitor domains to see if these follow a normal distribution of unique visitors or whether this is some kind of repetitive/automated visiting going on.

If these are real visitors, I'd get some content up there along with aff links or Adsense... 25K in type-ins would be a heck of a lot of type-in traffic for a domain where you didn't expect any.
